How far in advance should I book the Giant Games?

We would recommend that you book as early as possible as we regularly have bookings as far as two years into the future. That said, we have a large stock of games and can normally cater for last minute requests.


How far in advance can I book Giant Party Solutions?

There is no limit to how far into the future you can book. Giant Party Solutions regularly have bookings more than two years into the future especially in respect of Giant Games Rental for Weddings.


Will I be required to pay a deposit?

A modest deposit will be required to secure the booking.


When is the final payment due?

The balance can be paid in the following ways;

(1) In cash when the games are delivered and set up on the date of the event (excluding weddings and corporate events).

(2) We also have the facility to take card payments online through our virtual terminal or via SMS.

We can send you a text message with a secure link to complete payment of deposits or rental charges and a receipt will be send directly to your mobile device.

(3) Over the phone via our virtual terminal.

(4) PayPal

(5) Bank Transfer


Will I be required to pay a security deposit and if so when is this returned?

A refundable security deposit will be required to cover lost or damaged items. We will return the security deposit when the games are collected (subject to Ts & Cs). If for some reason the customer is not available when the games are collected (which quite often happens with weddings) then the security deposit will be returned electronically (provided payment was made electronically in the first instance). Refunds will typically debit your bank account in 4-5 working days.


When will the Giant Garden Games be delivered?

We aim to be as flexible as possible and can typically deliver at a time convenient for you. This can be finalised when completing the booking confirmation.


Will you set-up the Giant Party Games?

Yes, we will set-up all the games upon delivery. If for any reason it is not possible to set-up the games (ie. if the room/area where the games are to be placed is not yet ready) we will leave the games in a safe place for you and notify you of this.


Can we collect the Giant Party Games from your warehouse?

It will not be possible for you to collect the games from our warehouse. To ensure that the games are not damaged in transit we will deliver to the venue in question. Additionally, our insurance obligations require Giant Party Solutions staff to set-up the games in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and ensure that they are suitably located within the venue and not blocking fire exits.

When will you collect the Giant Party Games?

We aim to be as flexible as possible. We typically collect the games in the evening on the day of the event/rental date up until approx. 22.00 – 22.30 hrs but many customers ask us to collect just as it starts to get dark particularly at weddings so that guests can concentrate on hitting the dance floor.A collection at this time also minimises the possibility of itemsgetting lost or damaged.


Can you collect the Giant Games the following day?

A next day collection can be arranged for rentals to private households or in limited circumstances if the games can be stored safely and securely overnight (and if the venue is prepared to support overnight storage).


What is the maximum length of time we can keep the Giant Garden Games for Hire?

The is no limit to the length of time a game can be hired for. For hire periods in excess of a 24 hours an addition charge may apply.


What happens if items are lost or damaged?

Any lost or damaged items will be replaced or repaired at the hirer’s expense. Only actual expenses incurred by Giant Party Solutions for replacement or repair will be charged to the hirer. i.e. no mark up or administration fees will apply.


Can the booking be changed or amended once the deposit has been paid?

Yes, the booking can be changed up until the day before the event but games will of course be subject to availability.


Can I cancel the booking?

Yes, the booking can be cancelled up until the day before the event but any deposit paid is non-refundable.


What happens if it rains on the day?

The Giant Party Games can be delivered regardless of the weather conditions as the Giant Games are suitable for both indoors as well as outside. We will accept the hirer’s instructions with regard to delivery and set-up
